Fights for Justice

Bazzingo Boozop is from the realm of Hiir, and is a celestial being who fell from the sky; the city he landed in was a quiet and quaint place with little danger, but the young celestial had delusions of grandeur and heroics, and proclaimed himself hero of the city. Bazzingo would see incredibly mundane tasks as cries for help, and would often cause more harm than help, although he was typically quite oblivious to this. He referred to everybody as his 'loyal citizens'; nobody in the city wanted him around and decided to come up with a way to get rid of him.

The leader of the city decided to tell Bazzingo about the pillar in the realm of Hiir where he could wish for more exciting adventures, and Bazzingo left immediately for the pillar.

◾Normal A- Bazzingo punches forwards twice. 3%, 6%


◾Up Tilt- Bazzingo's cape forms the shape of a fist and punches upwards. 4%

◾Down Tilt- Bazzingo flies upwards off the screen and then crashes back down to the ground with a flaming fist. 12%

◾Forward Tilt- Bazzingo deftly kicks forwards with one leg. 9%

Heavy AttacksEdit

◾Up - Bazzingo does a flip kick. 13%

◾Fully Charged Up Heavy- Bazzingo releases a large energy pulse overhead. 18%

◾Forward - Bazzingo's cape stands up straight on the ground and he leans back on it and then kicks forwards. 14%

◾Fully Charged Forward Heavy- Bazzingo claps his hands together, releasing a burst of energy from them. 17%

◾Down - Bazzingo's cape tangles around his body and he falls over and thrashes about on the ground as he tries to untangle himself. 11%

◾Fully Charged Down Heavy- Bazzingo's cape grabs behind him; if it connects, the cape will slam the opponent in front of Bazzingo; Bazzingo will then grab them, slam them behind him and then in front of him again, and finish with a leaping uppercut in front of himself; each hit chains into the next one. 2%, 3%, 4%, 7%

◾Dash Attack - Bazzingo uppercuts forwards and then flies upwards into the air. 9%

◾Ledge Attack - Bazzingo climbs up and headbutts forwards. 5%

Aerial AttacksEdit

◾Up aerial - Bazzingo raises one hand and releases two shocks of energy from it. 4%, 4%

◾Down aerial - Bazzingo drill kicks downwards. 10% when all hits connect

◾Neutral aerial - Bazzingo spins rapidly, a small tornado forming around him. 6%

◾Forward aerial - Bazzingo clobbers with both fists in a downwards arc. 7%

◾Back aerial - Bazzingo flourishes one hand as his cape billows behind him. 2%

Grabs and ThrowsEdit

◾Pummel: Bazzingo heroically raises his fist and then punches the opponent. 3% each hit

◾Forward Throw- Bazzingo traps the opponent in his cape then spins them overhead and slings them away. 6%

◾Back Throw- Bazzingo flies off the screen with the opponent in the input direction, reappearing from the opposite side and flying back to their original position for Bazzingo to release the opponent, launching them off. 8%

◾Down Throw- Bazzingo turns around and puts his hand to his chin, deciding how he should attack the opponent, and while he is turned around his cape wraps around the opponent and slams them into the ground. 6%

◾Up Throw- Bazzingo stuns the opponent with an energy pulse, then flexes, and then proceeds to rip a chunk of rock from the ground, hit the opponent with it, and then fly up after them and kick them. 5% rock, 3% kick

Special MovesEdit

◾Neutral Special- Nebula Charge: Bazzingo releases a writhing bubble of celestial energy and can then maneuver it around; the bubble will explode upon releasing the button or after three seconds of holding the button.* 12% uncharged, 29% fully charged

◾Side Special- Gamma Knuckle: Bazzingo vanishes and then reappears; his position when reappearing can be influenced; upon reappearing, Bazzingo punches forwards, his fist charged with cosmic radiation. 14%

◾Up Special- Bazzingo Boozop Away: Bazzingo raises both hands and soars at an upwards angle; he moves rather slowly but goes a great distance.* 0%

◾Down Special- Bazzingo Barrage: Bazzingo does a backflip and moves backwards, firing six small energy blasts as he does so. 4% each energy blast



Side Taunt: Bazzingo's cape folds up over his head and after a moment of staggering about he pulls the cape off his head.

Up Taunt: Bazzingo flexes and then his foot bursts into flame; he swats the flame with his hand and extinguishes it.

Down Taunt: Bazzingo strikes four poses; first he does finger guns at the camera; then he puts one hand behind his head and one on his waist, then he holds a hand up to his chin, and then he salutes.

Extra Taunt: Bazzingo takes out a mirror, smooths his hair back, and then gives a thumbs up.

Extra Taunt: Bazzingo puts on a pair of glasses and then takes them off.

Extra Taunt: Bazzingo spins around in a tornado, quick-changing into a business suit, and then quick-changes back into his normal uniform.
